REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been been shipped, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff. We do not take returns. We offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. You can choose to receive Store Credit for the purchase amount of the product, or a replacement of the original item if available. You will need to return the item to me to get either a new one or a store credit.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We're not satisfied until you are! stands behind its toys with a 90-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for merchandise credit.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on.
